Approving and Rejecting Tasks
When a kid marks a task as complete, it doesn't award points automatically — a parent reviews it first.
Steps
- Go to Tasks → Review to see everything waiting on your review, pinned together in the Needs Attention section at the top.
- Open a pending task to see what was marked done and by whom.
- Tap Approve to award the points immediately, or Reject if it wasn't actually done.
What happens after
- Approve — the kid's points balance and lifetime total both increase right away, and their level updates automatically if they've earned enough to level up.
- Reject — no points are awarded. The kid can mark it as done again later, as long as its due date/time hasn't passed yet — once a rejected task goes overdue, it can no longer be resubmitted.
