Giving Points Directly
Not everything worth praising fits neatly into a task — sometimes you just want to reward a kid on the spot for something kind or thoughtful they did.
Steps
- Go to Give Points from the parent dashboard.
- Select the kid.
- Choose or type an amount of points (you can use a preset amount or a custom number).
- Optionally add a short note (e.g. "Helped clean up without being asked").
- Tap Give — the points are added to their balance immediately, no approval step needed since you're the one giving them.
Presets
If you find yourself giving the same amount for the same kind of behavior, save it as a preset so it's one tap next time — see Presets & Templates.
