Family Settings: Time Zone and Invite Code
Family Settings (owner only) holds the settings that apply to the whole family rather than to one kid or one adult.
Time zone
Your family's time zone controls when task due times and reminders actually fire. It's set automatically from your device when the family is created, but you can update it here if your family relocates or if it was detected incorrectly.
Invite code
This is the code (and matching QR code) other adults use to join your family and kids use to activate a device.
- Regenerate the code if you think it's been shared with someone who shouldn't have access — the old code stops working immediately.
- Only the family owner can regenerate the invite code.
